CCECE 2014 Registration Information

Final submissions can only be uploaded with a regular registration, and at least one author of each paper must register at regular rate. A maximum of two papers can be uploaded with each regular registration, but an additional $150 should be paid for the second paper. There is also an additional $3 convenience fee billed by our merchant service provider ProcessUSA. For credits or refunds please visit the ProcessUSA website to process. The above registration fees include tickets for the meals (opening ceremony, one lunch and one banquet dinner), and one proceeding memory stick; each additional memory stick is $50. Minimum number of pages for each paper is 4, but a maximum of six pages is permitted without extra charge. Two more pages can be added provided a $50 excess-page charge is paid for each extra page. Registration for each attendee partner (which includes tickets for the meals) is $200 but DOES NOT include access to the technical portions of the conference. Extra guest tickets only for banquet are available at $100 per person. All fees are in Canadian Dollars, and include taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled up to and including April 1st, 2014. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. The above Cancellation Policy applies only to non-author delegates. There will be no cancellation refunds for authors who have registered for their paper publication in the conference.

Copyright Form and Submission of Accepted Papers

All accepted papers will be expected to submit an IEEE copyright and consent form before being submitted to IEEE Xplore. These forms can be downloaded here (Word) and here (PDF).

It is expected that all the accepted papers will be presented in the conference. The no-show papers may not be published in IEEE Xplore.
